Is this new hire an official full-time or part time "employee"? Or a 1099 "contract worker"? If 1099, please elaborate on any special considerations or protocols we need to be aware of before, during, and after the onboarding process that will be different than a normal new hire.
The business day before this date will be our firm deadline for having everything set up.

Which team(s) should we ensure the new hire is a member of on Day 1?
Describe the name, serial number, and/or location of an existing computer we should configure for the new hire. If possible, please help us ensure it is online so we can immediately access it remotely. Otherwise, let us know any special computer hardware requirements we need to prepare.
Where will the new hire be seated? Please detail any specific docking station, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and/or headset requirements we need to have ready for Day 1. Is it already setup? If not, are you setting it up or will you need our help onsite? Also, if the new hire will be working from home, offsite, or in addition to the main office, please describe the situation and what (additional) equipment will need to be shipped.
